Why we exist

Tykuno is a multi-tenant AI platform headquartered in Miami Beach, Florida. We have been building since October 2025, proving the platform with early pilots before our market launch in early 2026. Most revenue is not lost to competitors. It is lost to silence, delay, and forgotten follow-ups. We close that gap.

How it works

Tykuno deploys coordinated agents on top of your existing CRM. The Sales Agent answers every inbound lead in seconds and books to your calendar. The Journey Agent holds full context across SMS and email today, with live web chat coming next. The Profit Agent, on our roadmap, will validate quotes against your rate cards and flag margin risk.

The platform is built for owner-operators in property management, real estate, professional services, training providers, and brokerages. These are businesses where a single missed lead can represent thousands in lost contribution margin, and where the founder still feels the pain of every leak. Tykuno is built on Google Cloud Run and Cloud SQL Postgres, integrates with email and your existing tools, including Google Workspace, with more integrations rolling out, uses Twilio for SMS orchestration, and works on top of your existing CRM with new connectors rolling out continuously.

Solomon previously held product and revenue roles at Welbilt (KitchenConnect), Qiio, Insite, and Gartner, with a background in finance and professional sales from Florida State University. He built Tykuno to be the quiet operating layer that makes a small team behave like a relentless one.
